KA, K2 and K9 series are surface-mount compatible switches.

The difference can be seen clearly in the actual assembly board which is mixed surface mount parts such as semiconductor and switched.

SMT-compatible Switch can be mounted on the surface of PCB and soldered by reflow process.

	①Print the solder paste on the printed circuit board.
	②Up to 96 units of switch block are put in the dedicated tray.
	③Mounting the housing to the PCB from tray by mounter, ordinally.
	④Dissolve the solder paste with the reflow soldering machine and finished soldering.
	⑤Pealing heat-resistant film from housing, and then combining light cartridge.
	⑥Surface-mounting finished.
